What the beta provides

Talk Like Me helps with English–Spanish translation, conversation understanding, pronunciation, and learning from everyday messages. Online features need a connection. Features may change during testing, and service interruptions or usage limits may occur.

Invitations and access

Beta access is by invitation. Joining the beta-interest list or emailing a request doesn't guarantee a place or an immediate download. An invitation can have an expiration date and usage limits, and may be revoked. Keep invitation codes private and don't use them to give someone else access.

A beta invitation is not a paid subscription or a promise of lifetime access. This website doesn't sell subscriptions or take payment. Future paid plans, if introduced, will show their prices and purchase terms before a purchase.

Joining the interest list

The signup link opens a form hosted by Zoho Campaigns. Use an email address you control and complete the email-confirmation step. The beta-interest topic concerns testing opportunities; occasional product updates are a separate optional choice, initially unchecked.

You can unsubscribe using the link in mailing-list emails. Joining or leaving the list does not purchase an app subscription. The signup privacy details explain how addresses and preferences are handled, including the difference between unsubscribing and requesting deletion.

Meaning and accuracy

TLM Intelligence uses AI, which can misunderstand context or produce incorrect wording. It assists communication and doesn't certify translations. The examples on this website are prepared demonstrations; they aren't promises of identical wording or response time for every request.

You choose which messages to use and send. Feedback about errors helps improve the app.

The app is not a substitute for medical or legal advice, a qualified interpreter, or emergency services. Do not rely on it for emergency communication or decisions where a mistranslation could cause serious harm. For those situations, use appropriate professional help.

Using the service

Use the app lawfully and respect other people's privacy. Don't use it to harass others, attempt to bypass access or usage limits, or disrupt the service.

Your information and feedback

The privacy page explains local storage, online processing, and optional feedback. Sending a support email or export is your choice. The current beta doesn't automatically upload translation recordings for developer review.

Availability and warranties

To the extent allowed by law, the website and beta are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every translation will fit your intended meaning. Nothing here removes a warranty or consumer right that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, C & Lee LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of this website or beta. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Stopping use or ending beta access

You can stop using the beta at any time. We may suspend or end beta access for misuse, security concerns, service limits, or the end of testing. Where practical, we will explain a suspension or significant change. Ending access does not automatically erase local or hosted records; the data-request instructions explain those choices.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable United States federal law, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protections and rights that apply where you live remain in effect. If you have a concern, please contact support so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date on this page when the terms change. For a material change affecting existing beta users, we will provide appropriate notice before it takes effect, unless an immediate change is needed for legal or security reasons. We will request agreement when required. Future purchases will have their own clearly presented price and purchase terms.
